Welcome To My Mental Circus

My name is Amber and if you have found yourself here reading my gibberish then I shall assume that we have a thing or two in common. Here is where I will write content about what it is like living as a mom of three and dealing with mental health issues. I will share personal thoughts, Insight, encouragement, laughter and so much more. It’s 2025- the time has come for us to show more transparency in order to really understand others as well as ourselves. If we allow ourselves to open up to one another then we will find that we are more alike than we think or seem. Let’s glow together as we grow together!
